Roxinne McPhail (right) with the North Dakota Department of Transportation.

Roxinne has received her SR/WA designation from the IRWA, and was presented with this plaque at the November, Dakotas Chapter 72 meeting, held in Pierre South Dakota.  Presenting the plaque is Vicki Severson (left), with Otter Tail Power Co., and Dakotas Chapter 72 President.
